HOW IT WORKS

1. Register with the Zippy Chicks Live Assistant to get text alerts when we go live.

2. Our live shopping videos are auction style. An item number is auto created for each piece. Comment SOLD with the item number to claim (before someone else does!).

3. You receive a link to your cart via Facebook Messenger for the items you claimed/won. Each item you bid is added to your cart.  If you bid on an item and someone else gets it first, you will be added to a waitlist and will be sent a cart notification if they pass or don't pay their cart in the 3 hr time limit. 

4. Invoices must be paid within 1 hrs of bidding or we move on to the next person who commented by time stamp. Our bot service keeps track of it donw to te nanosecond! 

5. You may choose to pick up in store OR we can ship for a flat rate of $8.99. Ship orders will be bundled from each video sale for the week and the week starts on Saturday and all orders are shipped on Friday.

1.  Invoices (carts) must be paid within 1 hrs of bidding or the cart will be cancelled. You then forfeit your items and we automatically move to the waitlist.

2. Multiple cancelled invoices will result in a temporary restriction from purchasing via live sales. 

3.  Our store policy is that we do not do holds without a deposit, so holding product and waiting for invoices to clear is technically a violation of our policy and as we continue to offer Live Selling and have in store shoppers, we need to start getting stricter in this area. 

4.  Please note that this is a type of auction style shopping- please do not 'bid' on an item without intention of purchase.  'Pass' should be used as a one off- overuse may result in a ban from shopping via live sales.
